Are the vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Our shuttles are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We can, however, offer you a specialist transfer vehicle on reservation from our sales department by email : contact@magicalshuttle.fr

How do we arrive or depart from selected hotels, such as: Kyriad, Vienna International Dream Castle Hotel, Magic Circus Hotel, Explorers?

From Roissy CDG, there are 6 departures a day to these hotels (direct). Please consult the timetables.
Orly, you can take the shuttle to the bus station to Disneyland (Chessy), and then take a bus to get to the selected Hotels.

If my trip does not go as agreed, how do I make a claim?

Any comments or complaints will be handled with the utmost care, so we guarantee an answer and treatment as soon as possible.

I cannot print my ticket, what should I do?

On purchase, a link will have been sent to you to allow you to print your ticket. If you have missed this step, this link has also been automatically sent to your inbox.

If there is a problem you can request it by sending an email to contact@magicalshuttle.fr mentioning the name on the ticket and your purchase reference number. Your ticket will be sent to you by email immediately.

Are shuttle bus services 100% guaranteed during holiday periods, public holidays and on new year’s day?

Magical Shuttle shuttles operate according to the usual schedule during the holidays, public holidays and the New Year.

Can you buy tickets at the airport?

If you cannot purchase the ticket over the internet ( the best way), you can buy it at the airport at our Magical Shuttle desk at CDG, Comité Régionale du Tourisme counters or directly from the driver on board.

Can you take the shuttle to the Marriott Village Ile de France or the Radisson SAS?

You can take to the Orly or Roissy CDG Magical Shuttle shuttle bus to the Disneyland (Chessy) bus station and then take Pep’s : No 34 or 57 the Radisson and The Marriott.
