Yes, Magical Shuttle buses run every day of the year, without interruption. Please check our timetables before booking.

Q: Is my ticket valid for the entire Magical Shuttle service period, or do I need to choose a specific time?

The ticket is valid for one journey during the Magical Shuttle service hours. It is not necessary to choose a specific time when booking. Once used, the ticket cannot be reused. You can check our coach timetables here.

Q: Is it mandatory to print the ticket, or can I present it in digital format?

If you are unable to print your ticket, you can simply present it in digital format to the driver on the day of boarding.

Q: How much luggage is allowed on board?

Each passenger may check in one large piece of luggage and bring one small piece of luggage into the coach. Pushchairs must be folded and placed in the luggage compartment.

Q: Are the vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Our shuttles are not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs users. However, we can offer you a suitable transport solution in a specialised vehicle, available upon prior reservation with our sales department. Request a quote.

Do Magical Shuttle buses operate every day?

Is my ticket valid for the entire Magical Shuttle service period, or do I need to choose a specific time?

I haven’t received my e-ticket. What should I do?

When you made your online purchase, you were given a link to print your ticket. If you skipped this step, you can find the link in your purchase confirmation email. If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us, specifying your name as it appears on the ticket. Your ticket will then be sent to you again by email.

Is it mandatory to print the ticket, or can I present it in digital format?

Where is the Magical Shuttle pick-up point at the airport?

At both Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports, the Magical Shuttle pick-up point depends on your arrival terminal. Follow the directions below to reach the Magical Shuttle stop corresponding to your terminal.

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport

Terminal 1 Look for the “Tourism Information / Visit Paris Region” counter on your left. Then take lift C, located next to exit 6a, and go down to level 3 “Departures / Départs”. Exit through door 10d “Group Shuttles / Cars de Groupes” and go to the Magical Shuttle stop at platform F. The walk takes approximately 3 minutes.
Terminal 2A, 2B, 2C or 2D From Terminals 2A, 2B, 2C or 2D, follow the signs to Terminal 2E or Terminal 2F, arrivals level, then take the corridor at door 8 to reach the shuttle departure area.
Terminal 2G Take the shuttle bus to Terminal 2F. Get off at the arrivals level, then follow the corridor at door 8 to reach the shuttle departure area.
Terminal 3 From Terminal 3, follow the signs to Terminal 2 via the CDGVAL. Then go to Terminal 2F, arrivals level, and take the corridor at door 8 to access the shuttle departure area.

At Paris-Orly Airport

At Paris-Orly, the Magical Shuttle stops are located at the following points:

Orly 1 and Orly 2 Exit door 18, platform D6
Orly 3 Exit door 22a, platform D6
Orly 4 Exit door 48a, platform 3
