This service is operated by TRANSDEV TRAVEL, registered with the Meaux Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 301272035, with its registered office at 3 Avenue Joseph Paxton, 77164 Ferrières-en-Brie (hereinafter “Transdev Travel” or the “Carrier”), holder of transport licence no. 2013/11/0003859. Transdev Travel provides a private passenger transfer service between the hotels and Parks of Disneyland Paris® and the airports of the Paris region (Roissy–Charles de Gaulle and Orly).
The services offered by Transdev Travel are reserved for natural persons as well as legal entities, acting on behalf of their employees or representatives (hereinafter the “Client(s)”). Transdev Travel does not accept bookings from unaccompanied minors. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Contract”) define the terms and services offered by Transdev Travel. They are available on the website https://magicalshuttle.co.uk/ and upon simple request from the Carrier at the contact details indicated in the Contract. The Carrier reserves the right to amend the terms of the Contract at any time. The applicable provisions shall be those in force on the date of booking confirmation.
The Client must read these conditions prior to making a booking. By booking a transfer, the Client acknowledges having read the Contract and accepts its terms. Booking a transfer implies the Client’s full, complete and irrevocable acceptance of the Contract, to the exclusion of any other documents, such as brochures or catalogues issued by the Carrier or any of its service providers or partners, which are provided for information purposes only.
Booking Terms / Booking Procedure
Bookings are made exclusively online.
The confirmation (or service summary sheet) will be sent by email (cf. Articles L.121-19 and L.121-19-2 of the French Consumer Code reproduced in Article 7). If the timeframe is too short to receive written confirmation, the booking reference number will be communicated verbally to the Client. The Client is required to present their booking confirmation to the driver at the time of transfer, either in printed form or in digital format.
In the absence of presentation of a confirmation or booking reference number, pick-up will not be possible and the booking will be considered cancelled at the Client’s initiative.

Pick-up Conditions
Flight/Train Delay and/or Cancellation
In the event of a delayed arriving flight/train, Transdev Travel undertakes to find a replacement shuttle but cannot be held responsible for any waiting time incurred. Furthermore, if flight/train reference information is incorrect or missing, the transfer will be fully payable to the Carrier. In the event of flight/train cancellation, the Client may request rescheduling of the service or a refund, subject to providing proof of cancellation.
Passengers with Reduced Mobility
Pick-up and assistance for passengers with reduced mobility using a foldable wheelchair are provided by a dedicated Transdev Travel partner to ensure transfers are carried out in optimal comfort and safety conditions. This service is available upon request. To book a suitable vehicle, the request must be made by email to contact@magicalshuttle-private.com at least 72 hours before departure.
Luggage
The number of items of luggage accepted must strictly comply with the capacity of the vehicle selected at the time of booking.
In the event of non-compliance by the Client, pick-up may be refused and the booking will be considered cancelled at the Client’s initiative. For safety reasons, luggage must be placed in the designated storage areas; it may not be carried in the passenger cabin, on seats or in aisles. The Client is solely responsible for the contents of their luggage. Except in the event of fault by the Carrier, the Carrier cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to luggage during loading, transfer or unloading. Any item found in a vehicle will be deposited at Transdev Travel’s registered office or, at its discretion, with the nearest lost-and-found service, where the Client may collect it within one (1) year from the date of the relevant transfer.
Animals
Animals are permitted on board provided they are placed in suitable transport cages and do not pose any threat to the Carrier, other passengers or third parties. Guide dogs are accepted on board free of charge and must be declared at the time of booking.
Insurance
The Carrier has taken out professional civil liability insurance, as well as insurance covering damage caused by the operation of the vehicle to any third party and/or passenger. Insurance does not cover luggage or personal belongings left on board the vehicles (loss, theft, damage), including items “entrusted” to the driver.
Child Seats
The Carrier undertakes to provide, free of charge, child seats compliant with applicable regulations (maximum one baby seat and one booster seat per vehicle):
- Child from 0 to 18 kg: baby seat
- Child under 36 kg: booster seat
The request for a child seat must be explicitly made at the time of booking. If it is discovered on the day of transfer that such equipment was required but not requested by the Client, the Carrier may cancel the transfer under the conditions applicable to cancellations attributable to the Client occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
Vehicle Availability
In certain circumstances, the Carrier reserves the right to provide Clients with a replacement vehicle. If the Carrier cancels the transfer less than 1 hour before the scheduled departure time and is unable to provide a substitute, the Carrier undertakes to reimburse the difference between the cost of the alternative transport used by the Client and the initial cost of the shuttle, upon presentation of the original invoice.
Liability of Transdev Travel
Vehicles made available to Clients comply with the technical standards imposed by current French regulations. Drivers are required to comply with the provisions of the Highway Code, in particular those relating to parking, speed limits, and passenger and vehicle safety. The Carrier declines all liability for delays resulting from force majeure (including strikes, demonstrations, adverse weather conditions, serious traffic accidents disrupting normal traffic flow, or unusually severe congestion) or attributable to the Client. Such events shall not give rise to any compensation.
The Carrier is subject to an obligation of means with regard to booking a transfer. Consequently, Transdev Travel cannot guarantee vehicle availability and cannot be held liable if it is unable to book the requested transfer due to the lack of a suitable available vehicle. To be considered, any claim must be received by the Carrier within a maximum period of 4 weeks from the contractual date of the initially agreed transfer, by email at contact@magicalshuttle-private.com or by post to the Carrier’s Customer Service department at the address indicated in Article 11. After this period, no commercial claim will be considered.
Finally, the Carrier declines all liability for loss, damage or theft of cash, banknotes, jewellery and other valuables, which remain under the Client’s sole responsibility throughout the duration of the transfer.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must comply with scheduled times and the arrival and departure procedures stated in the booking confirmation. The Client is not authorised to modify the itinerary, nor the pick-up and drop-off addresses and locations provided at the time of booking (unless requested at least 24 business hours before the transfer). The Client undertakes to behave on board the vehicle in a manner consistent with common sense and in compliance with applicable French laws and regulations, as referred to in Article 6.
Any damage or deterioration to the vehicle will be invoiced for the full cost of the necessary repairs. The Client is responsible for their personal belongings, which remain under their custody, and must ensure that nothing is left in the vehicle. Failure to comply with any of the above points shall not be considered the responsibility of Transdev Travel and shall not give rise to any refund or compensation.
Pricing Conditions
Transdev Travel prices are available on the website https://magicalshuttle.co.uk/ Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included, and may be modified at any time; however, the Carrier guarantees the price in force on the date of booking confirmation. All passengers (including children and infants) are subject to the full fare. Any minor under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult passenger.
On-board Safety
The Client undertakes to behave on board the vehicle in compliance with common sense and applicable French laws and regulations. These rules include, in particular, the mandatory use of seat belts and the prohibition of smoking, alcohol consumption, and the transport of flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances.
Transdev Travel reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle or to disembark any Client who breaches regulations or whose behaviour clearly poses a risk to the Carrier, other passengers or third parties, without entitlement to any refund or compensation.
Consumer Code Provisions
If the Client is a consumer, the following provisions apply:
Article L.121-19-3 of the French Consumer Code:
“For contracts concluded by electronic means, the professional reminds the consumer, before the order is placed, in a clear and comprehensible manner, of the information relating to the essential characteristics of the goods or services, their price, the duration of the contract and, where applicable, the minimum duration of the consumer’s obligations, as provided for in Article L.121-17. The professional ensures that the consumer explicitly acknowledges their obligation to pay when placing the order. To this end, the function used by the consumer to validate the order must include, under penalty of nullity, the clear and legible wording ‘order with obligation to pay’ or a similar unambiguous formulation indicating that placing the order entails an obligation to pay. Online commerce websites must clearly and legibly indicate, at the latest at the beginning of the ordering process, the means of payment accepted and any delivery restrictions.”
Article L.121-17 of the French Consumer Code:
“Prior to the conclusion of a contract for the sale of goods or provision of services, the professional provides the consumer, in a clear and comprehensible manner, with the following information:
1° The information provided for in Articles L.111-1 and L.111-2;
2° Where a right of withdrawal exists, the conditions, time limit and procedures for exercising this right, as well as the standard withdrawal form;
3° Where applicable, the fact that the consumer bears the cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal;
4° Information on the consumer’s obligation to pay costs when exercising the right of withdrawal from a service contract whose execution they expressly requested before the end of the withdrawal period;
5° Where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to Article L.121-21-8, information that the consumer does not benefit from this right or, where applicable, the circumstances under which the consumer loses this right;
6° Information relating to the professional’s contact details, dispute resolution methods and other contractual conditions.”
Pursuant to Article L.121-16-1 I 9° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Client.
