I haven’t received my e-ticket. What should I do?

When you made your online purchase, you were given a link to print your ticket. If you skipped this step, you can find the link in your purchase confirmation email. If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us, specifying your name as it appears on the ticket. Your ticket will then be sent to you again by email.

Magical Shuttle provides direct service to all Disneyland® Paris hotels. Some Partner Hotels are served directly from Charles de Gaulle Airport and with connections via the Marne la Valée Chessy or Serris Val d’Europe bus stations.

Please take note of the instructions when making your reservation and on your ticket.

For all other hotels or destinations, Magical Shuttle serves the Marne la Valée Chessy or Serris Val d’Europe bus station, where numerous bus lines are available. Please consult our timetables to plan your trip.

Are the vehicles equipped with Wi-Fi?

If I have purchased tickets for a group, do we all have to check in together?

Do you provide child seats?

The use of a car seat or booster seat is not mandatory for children travelling on public transport. Our coaches are equipped with seat belts, but you are welcome to bring your own seat if you wish. When using the private transport service, you can reserve a child seat free of charge when making your booking.
