Civility, first and last names, email address, telephone number, postal address. (At least one means of contact : e-mail address, landline or mobile number and/or postal address, is required to answer you)
Who uses this data and for what purpose?
Only employees of Val d’Europe Airports, under the trade name Magical Shuttle by Transdev, and its parent company Transdev SA have access to your information collected on Contact Forms. They allow Transdev to give you a satisfactory answer as soon as possible and are not used for other purposes. Your personal data is not ever transferred outside of Transdev.
Do we have the legal right to use this data?
Because this data is essential for our being about to respond to your request, the legal basis for collecting and processing this data is your agreement to these terms.
Where is your data stored and for how long?
Your personal information is stored within the European Union for 2 years before it is deleted. Val d’Europe Airports is committed to providing the appropriate measures necessary to protect your data and not transmitting your personal data to a third organization.
What are your rights?
You may access your personal data and request that they be deleted. You also have the right to suppress the use of your personal data, as well as modify it, or limit its use.
